Service Agreement
When you book an AC service, installation, or AMC plan with Sanchi Smart Care, you agree to our standard service terms. A detailed estimate will be shared before any work begins, and work will only commence after your confirmation.
Pricing and Payments
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Estimates are valid for 7 days from the date of issue
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
- AMC plan fees are payable in advance for the contract duration
Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a service visit up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without charge. Cancellations after technician dispatch may be subject to a visit charge.
Warranty
- Repair work carries a 90-day service warranty on labor
- Spare parts carry the manufacturer\'s warranty as applicable
- Installation carries a 30-day free-visit warranty
- Warranty is void in case of tampering or third-party intervention
Product Sales
For new AC, refrigerator, or LED TV purchases, manufacturer warranty terms apply. Product returns are governed by manufacturer\'s policy.
Limitation of Liability
Sanchi Smart Care\'s liability is limited to the cost of the specific service or product provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Use of Website
All content on www.sanchismartcare.com is the property of Sanchi Smart Care. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
